Bobbles are great and often remind us of some festive moment. But sparkling wine can be enjoyed at any time, and in Spain it’s often also used with food.

On this tour you will lean all about Spain’s sparkling wine; Cava

I will take you to two of my favorite cava wineries that are located in the heart of the cava region, Penedes.

First stop will be at an old winery where they only make organic cava. Here you will learn all about how they produce their cava, and even see the process.

You will go down to the cellar before its time for some tasting of 3 different cavas.

Next stop will be at another beautiful winery, that are specialized in making cava.

They have also won some award for their great cavas.

You will have a tour in the vineyards, before going into their cellar. After this, its time to try 3 of their cavas.

When its time for lunch, I will take you to a beautiful restaurant with views overlooking the vineyards. Here you will enjoy a 3 course meal with some more bobbles to go with the food.
