My name is Helene, and I have been working as a guide for over 27 years. My passion for wine began more than 25 years ago, during my first visit to the Penedès region. I was immediately fascinated by the art of winemaking—the grapes, the process, and how even the smallest changes in climate can shape the final result.
Over the years, this passion grew into a deep commitment to learning. I have completed several professional wine courses, including the WSET Awards in Wine & Spirits (Levels 1, 2 & 3), along with diplomas in Spanish red, white, rosé wines, and cava.
I have worked as a manager at Barcelona Day Tours for several years, guiding hundreds of guests on wine experiences across Spain.
